Job Overview: We're seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a vital role in finding and attracting top talent. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and build strong talent pipelines. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Marketing & Sales positions. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to determine their fit for our organization's culture and values. Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to negotiating job offers. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role. Utilize various recruitment tools and resources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on the status of open positions and the progress of the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes Preferred Candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Sales & Marketing recruitment. Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talents. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and resources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS systems.
