Role Overview


As the Talent Acquisition & Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the entire talent acquisition process, driving talent development initiatives, and working alongside managers to implement performance management systems that drive business growth and employee success. You’ll be a strategic partner as well as an executor, playing a central role in shaping the culture, capability, and capacity of our team.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across roles and functions.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with founders and team leads to define job roles and success profiles.

Performance & Development

  • Design and implement employee goal-setting and KPI tracking systems.
  • Lead quarterly and annual performance review cycles.
  • Establish continuous feedback and learning, and development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and map career paths within the company.

People & Culture

  • Champion company culture and values across all people processes.
  • Support team building, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure that HR operations run smoothly, from onboarding to documentation.
