Role Overview

HR Associate


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles across product, marketing, operations, and R&D.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.


Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Lead onboarding to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and retention programs.
  • Maintain HR documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance records.


Process & Data Management

  • Utilize HRIS/ATS tools to track candidates and employees.
  • Monitor and report HR metrics (time-to-fill, retention, engagement).
  • Continuously improve HR processes through data-driven insights.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Proven ability to hire for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR tools/ATS and understanding of Indian labor laws.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Preferred

  • Start-up or D2C brand HR experience.
  • Exposure to culture-building and employee engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of payroll and compliance processes.
  • Who has worked closely with Founder
