Job Description

Preferred candidate profile:

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role. (Minimum 1+ year relevant experience) preferably from a staffing/consulting company.
Experience in
bulk/multiple hiring in IT services
.
Mandatory experience of the technical C2H/Contract hiring
with end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri etc.).
Passion and Zeal of recruitment and open to learning new things.
Open to work in fast paced recruitment setup.
Ability to manage multiple open requests, sourcing and submitting profiles and closing open mandates.
