Job Description

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role. (Minimum 1+ year relevant experience) preferably from a staffing/consulting company.
  • Experience in

    bulk/multiple hiring in IT services

    .
  • Mandatory experience of the technical C2H/Contract hiring

    with end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
  • Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri etc.).
  • Passion and Zeal of recruitment and open to learning new things.
  • Open to work in fast paced recruitment setup.

  • Ability to manage multiple open requests, sourcing and submitting profiles and closing open mandates.
