About the Role This is a remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential Sales Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and instructor/teacher candidates in the US and other countries, including India. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing job boards, aligning with the company's sales and operations teams to identify needs and requirements for the ideal candidate, screening and interviewing potential candidates, and (upon hire) candidate onboarding and ongoing HR performance management. Responsibilities Create and manage job boards Align with the company's sales and operations teams to identify needs and requirements for the ideal candidate Screen and interview potential candidates Candidate onboarding and ongoing HR performance management (upon hire) Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within education or edtech sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams Familiarity with K-12 education roles, such as teachers, instructors, and education sales staff Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively in a remote setting Comfortable managing multiple job postings and candidate pipelines simultaneously Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM-style tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment Required Skills Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with K-12 education roles Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates Proficiency with ATS or CRM tools Strong organizational skills Self-motivated Preferred Skills Experience within education or edtech sectors Comfortable managing multiple job postings
