Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across departments.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms to attract top talent.
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Support HR operations during onboarding and induction.
  • Maintain hiring metrics and recruitment reports.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing/ corporate sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques & social media recruitment.
