Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Identify Top Talent

    : Actively source and attract high-quality candidates across diverse industries using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates

    : Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on talent trends and recruitment strategies.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management

    : Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies

    : Partner with clients to create customized recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives. Proactively address hiring challenges by adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain Candidate Databases and Talent Pipelines:

    Update and manage candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and seamless communication.
  • Exceed Recruitment Targets:

    Set and achieve recruitment goals, consistently exceeding performance metrics to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
  • Employer Branding:

    Represent the company and its clients professionally, ensuring a positive candidate experience and enhancing employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams such as HR, marketing, and client services to ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance:

    Adhere to industry best practices and ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous

    experience in IT recruitment & non-IT recruitment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus
