About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Training & Education Manager

Required Qualifications:

• MDS in Implantology

  – mandatory
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in dental implants, biomaterials, or digital dentistry
• Prior experience in training, academic teaching, or product education is a plus
• Strong understanding of current dental industry trends and technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Training:

  Enhance the knowledge and skills of sales and support teams

• Customer Education:

  Organize and deliver training sessions to dental professionals to drive product adoption

• KOL Engagement:

  Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in implantology

• Academic Collaboration:

  Partner with dental institutions and academic bodies for educational initiatives

• Event Management:

  Plan and execute training events, workshops, and seminars

• Strategic Planning:

  Align training activities with overall business goals and marketing strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• A passion for education, innovation, and advancing dental practices
