Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and guiding them through the processPoint of contact for all candidates in Pre-hire stage - Coordinate end-to-end onboard-ing processes, including pre-boarding, first-day logistics and orientationSelect appropriate background check package based on job code, location, etc.Order appropriate drug tests based on job code, location, etc.

Schedule start date and select appropriate onboarding event in My Learn-ingUpdate candidate profile in Workday Ready for HireSend day 1 email to candidate, hiring manager and recruit-er with instructions on where to Report, badging, I-9, Orientation, etc.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter), Hiring Manager, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding.Maintain accurate onboarding rec-ords in HR systems and update checklists, trackers, and reports as needed.Support globalregional onboarding programs and initiatives as applicable
