Talent Acquisition Specialist - Core Recruitment Education/EdTech

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across business units (academic, sales, operations, technology, product, and support functions).
  
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and networking.
  
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and manage interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and recurring roles.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the education/EdTech domain.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• 2–5 years of proven experience in core recruitment/talent acquisition

  (preferably in Education/EdTech, Ed services, or similar fast-paced industries).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Naukri, social media hiring, and campus hiring.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume hiring with tight deadlines.
  
• Passionate about the education sector and keen to contribute to organizational growth.
