Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Core Recruitment (Education/EdTech) Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across business units (academic, sales, operations, technology, product, and support functions). Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and networking. Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and manage interview scheduling with hiring managers. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and recurring roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the education/EdTech domain. Key Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in core recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably in Education/EdTech, Ed services, or similar fast-paced industries). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Naukri, social media hiring, and campus hiring. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
