Role & responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating and hiring top talent for our organization . You will work closely with the team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: Source and screen resumes through job portals, social media, and other channels. Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. 2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on recruitment status and feedback. 3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain clear communication with candidates and provide timely feedback. 4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the recruitment database. Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to the HR team. 5. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job postings on various platforms. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. 6. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in onboarding activities as required. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 12 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software. Bulk hiring experience is must NBFC / Banking recruitment experience is added advantage
