Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for an HR Executive (Senior Executive) to manage employee onboarding and salary processing efficiently. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of HR processes, and ensure a smooth experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: 1. 1. Employee Onboarding : Manage end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees. Collect and verify required documents, such as ID proofs, academic records, and experience letters. Create and maintain employee records in HRMS. Conduct induction sessions and introduce new hires to company policies and culture. Coordinate with IT and admin teams for asset allocation (laptops, ID cards, etc.). 2. 2. Payroll & Salary Processing : Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursement. Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records. Calculate deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) and ensure compliance with statutory norms. Resolve salary-related queries from employees. Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement. 3. 3. HR Documentation & Compliance : Maintain HR records, including offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Assist in handling PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. 4. 4. Employee Engagement & Exit Formalities : Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Manage exit formalities, including full & final settlements, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
