Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various platforms to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values through effective storytelling and engagement on social media and other channels. Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment metrics to analyse the effectiveness of hiring strategies. You’re the perfect candidate for this role if you : You have 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or non-IT recruitment , ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Your strong track record includes hiring for mid-level and leadership positions within startups, showcasing your ability to identify top talent. You possess a genuine interest in helping others find their ideal job , contributing to a positive company culture and fostering a supportive workplace.
