Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for various roles across departments.
• Understand job descriptions, source candidates through

  job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

  , networking, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain a strong

  candidate pipeline

  for future requirements.
• Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
