Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within Adani GCC, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition aligned with business needs. The role involves strategic collaboration with hiring managers, innovative sourcing, compliance with labor laws, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to position Adani GCC as an employer of choice.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Advanced Sourcing Techniques:

    Use a variety of sourcing methods including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Compliance & Governance:

    Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Candidate Evaluation:

    Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture.
  • Employer Branding:

    Support initiatives that enhance Adani GCC’s visibility as an attractive workplace, including participation in branding campaigns and talent outreach programs.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

    Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:

    Recommend and implement enhancements to recruitment processes based on feedback and industry best practices.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a GCC, shared services, or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
