Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Drive campus hiring and explore partnerships with reputed institutes.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a

    Tier 1 Management

    nstitute

    (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

    talent acquisition/recruitment

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools.
