What you’ll do:

• Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage end-to-end interview coordination – scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and logistics.
• Work closely with client hiring managers and recruiters to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
• Handle stakeholder management – maintaining professional relationships with client POCs, hiring managers, and HR teams.
• Oversee vendor coordination, ensuring timely sourcing, onboarding, and compliance with client processes.
• Track candidate progress across the hiring lifecycle and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain detailed trackers, MIS reports, and status updates for internal and client reporting.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the process and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide regular updates to internal leadership and participate in review meetings.
