  • Collaboration:

    Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Create a positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.


Required Skills


  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in the IT industry.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Understand basic IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tools:
