Key Responsibilities

Sourcing:

Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the entire hiring process from resume screening and initial interviews to offer negotiation and closing.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
