1) Manager, Talent Acquisition US IT Staffing

Role Overview:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors in HR/Business/Admin (or related).
  • 4 - 6+ years in IT recruitment/USIT staffing, including 2+ years in a lead/manager role.
  • Hands-on sourcing: LinkedIn, Boolean, niche tech communities, GitHub, etc.
  • Strong analytics mindset; comfortable with dashboards, metrics, conversion funnels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing & communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with US employment practices, work authorization (H1B, OPT, etc.) & background checks.
  • Process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters for US time zones.
  • Build scalable sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for niche skills.
  • Own hiring SLAs: submittals, interview:offer ratios, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
  • Partner with delivery/sales leadership to forecast demand and prioritize reqs.
  • Govern ATS hygiene, reporting, and compliance.

2) Manager, Bench Sales / Bench Recruiting US IT / USIT Staffing

Role Overview:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors in Business/HR (or related).
  • 4 - 6+ years in IT staffing/bench sales/recruitment with 2+ years in senior/lead bench role.
  • Deep understanding of US IT staffing models, bench dynamics & market cycles.
  • Proven track record in bench placements, utilization improvement & revenue generation.
  • Strong networking, relationship building, negotiation, and communication.
  • Experience with candidate marketing, CRM/ATS, and staffing tools.
  • Analytical, target-oriented, resilient; experienced with dashboards & performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end bench marketing: hotlists, canvassing, vendor/corp-to-corp outreach.
  • Nurture and expand client/vendor networks; negotiate rates and close deals.
  • Track submissions, interviews, offers, and starts; improve utilization KPIs.
  • Coach bench recruiters on messaging, speed, and positioning.
  • Maintain CRM discipline and weekly revenue/aging reports.
