We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role plays a critical part in building a strong workforce by identifying and placing qualified candidates in alignment with company goals and culture. LOCATION - Mumbai (Andheri - West) EMPLOYMENT - Full Time COMPENSATION - INR 10 - 12 LAKHS PA Key Requirements Familiarity with ATS and HR databases (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Zoho Recruit). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of sourcing techniques and labor market trends. Key Responsibilities Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, company website, social media). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Manage candidate pipeline using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Perform reference checks and background verifications. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and generate reports.
