Job Description

As a Manager Sports Talent, Marketing & Events, your role involves leading talent acquisition, athlete relationship management, marketing strategy execution, event coordination, and public relations initiatives. You will be responsible for: - Talent Scouting & Acquisition - Identify and acquire talented athletes who align with client or brand needs. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with sports personalities, coaches, and agents. - Stay updated on emerging sports talent and industry trends. - Talent Management - Build career roadmaps for athletes and guide their personal branding journey. - Coordinate with agents, sponsors, and internal teams to support athlete growth. - Negotiate contracts on behalf of talent, ensuring optimal terms and conditions. - Marketing & Brand Partnerships - Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns for players, events, and sports teams. - Identify and pursue brand partnership opportunities, endorsements, and collaborations. - Liaise with brands and agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery and reporting. - Contract Negotiation & Legal Coordination - Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with brands, clubs, and event organizers. - Work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance and fair deal structures for all stakeholders. - Integrated Marketing Strategy - Plan and implement 360-degree marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, experiential, and influencer channels. - Utilize consumer insights, data analytics, and industry trends to drive effective marketing strategies. In addition, you should possess the following key skills and competencies: - Strong networking skills and relationships across the sports ecosystem. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High negotiation and deal-closing ability. - Proficiency in campaign planning and digital marketing tools. - Exceptional organizational and event management skills. - Strong understanding of brand marketing, athlete psychology, and sports dynamics. - Comfortable in high-pressure environments and deadline-driven projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration - Prior experience in sports talent agencies, sports marketing firms, or event management companies.,
