Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for C-suite and senior leadership roles in technology.
• Collaborate with client-side TA Heads to understand business needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with CHROs, COOs, and business heads, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering quality outcomes.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, market mapping, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical acumen and leadership fit, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Drive the interview process, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of roles.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and regularly report hiring progress and metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in technical leadership hiring, including successful closures for C-level tech roles.
• Deep understanding of technology functions, org structures, and executive hiring dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholders (CHRO, COO, BU Heads).
• Strong sourcing and assessment capabilities, especially for passive leadership talent.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
• Must be local to Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
• Experience working closely with client-side TA leaders is essential.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA preferred (HR or related specialization).
