Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with hospital leadership and department heads to understand manpower requirements for admin and technical roles.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for technical, facility, and support functions across hospital units.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on expansions, replacements, and operational demands.

End-to-End Hiring

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: requisition approval, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and joining.
  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring for admin, engineering, biomedical, IT, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and housekeeping roles.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets, manpower plans, and TATs.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage recruitment vendors, manpower agencies, and consultants for technical and support staff.
  • Negotiate commercials and ensure vendor performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and final selection.

Process, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies, labor laws, and hospital guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
  • Support audits related to manpower, compliance, and NABH requirements.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Strengthen hospital employer brand for non-clinical and technical talent.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical technical and facility roles.
  • Participate in job fairs, vendor drives, and campus engagements (as applicable).

Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Lead and mentor TA executives handling admin and technical hiring.
  • Set recruitment targets and monitor performance and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with

    strong exposure to admin & technical hiring in hospitals / healthcare / large infrastructure setups

    .
  • Experience handling

    facility, engineering, biomedical, IT, and support staff hiring

    is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of hospital admin and technical manpower requirements.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Quality of hire and retention for admin/technical roles.
  • Hiring fulfillment against manpower plan.
  • Vendor performance and compliance.

Working Conditions

  • Hospital environment.
  • 6 days working as per hospital policy.
