We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and streamline the hiring process for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative roles across our hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare hiring, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment: Design and implement TA strategies aligned with hospital expansion and department needs Plan and forecast hiring demands in coordination with department heads Drive campus hiring, walk-ins, lateral and bulk hiring as per manpower plans End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Handle senior-level and critical care role hiring directly Source using modern tools – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, databases Stakeholder Management: Act as HR business partner to unit heads and clinical directors for recruitment decisions Align business goals with hiring strategy Collaborate with HRBP, L&D, and compensation teams TA Metrics & Compliance: Drive data-driven hiring decisions (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, offer-drop ratio) Ensure adherence to medical compliance and background check protocols Maintain MIS, trackers, and hiring dashboards Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or Healthcare Management); MBA HR preferred Minimum 10 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a lead/managerial role Experience in hospital or healthcare hiring is highly preferred Strong command over sourcing techniques, negotiation, and employer branding Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹404,146.60 - ₹1,390,952.90 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Have you worked in pharma or hospital industry or related to these?
