Job Description

Manage complete recruitment cycle for internal roles – from sourcing to onboarding Hire across departments like sales, CRM, admin, and site operations Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and internal references Conduct campus drives, walk-ins, and handle volume hiring campaigns Coordinate with recruitment vendors/consultants when needed Maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure smooth documentation and follow-up Collaborate with department heads to plan and fulfill manpower needs 1–4 years of in-house recruitment experience in the real estate industry (mandatory) Strong understanding of job portals, end-to-end hiring, and recruitment workflows Experience in campus hiring and coordination with external vendors Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Must have own laptop Skills: campus hiring,vendors,documentation,hiring,campus,job portals,vendor coordination,recruitment,organization skills,follow-up skills,talent acquisition,communication skills,onboarding,crm,recruitment cycle management,sourcing
