This role is responsible for managing and expanding institutional sales operations across Maharashtra, with a focus on large hospitals, government healthcare institutions, and other key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on institutional clients within the Mumbai and Pune regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, government healthcare bodies, and corporate health networks. Drive end-to-end sales processes, including client presentations, commercial discussions, and contract closures. Experience in selling to hospitals, government agencies, and large healthcare institutions is essential. Strong knowledge of tender processes, regulatory norms, and the institutional procurement ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
