Website: www.technocruitx.com Job Summary: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with 4 to 7 years of proven experience in the recruitment consultancy or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in team leadership , end-to-end recruitment execution , and multi-industry hiring . This is a leadership role crucial for driving recruitment performance, meeting hiring targets, and mentoring a team of recruiters. Note: Recruitment consultancy background is mandatory, as you will be working exclusively with our Recruitment Division. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to drive high-performance delivery. Set individual and team targets aligned with company objectives. Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries: IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, etc. Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet client hiring needs within deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, quality delivery. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance to maintain a strong recruitment pipeline. Handle client escalations related to recruitment challenges. Drive team engagement, training, and motivation to ensure productivity. Collaborate with internal teams (BD, HR, Accounts) to ensure smooth operations. Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and compliance in all recruitment processes. Key Requirements: Experience: 4 to 7 years in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm (Mandatory) Team Management: Proven ability to lead recruitment teams, set targets, and track performance. Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in handling IT & Non-IT hiring across various industries. Skills Required: Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Expertise in sourcing techniques: Job Portals, Social Media, References, Headhunting. Strong command over recruitment MIS, reporting, and data management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email communication.
