Role: Talent Acquisition Lead Title: Chief Manager - HR Grade: L5 Department: Human Resources Work Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai Job Responsibilities Proactively assess current and future staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding Track and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process. Champion initiatives to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process Encourage employee participation in the recruitment process Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
