Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Manager

Note:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Set and monitor individual recruiter targets aligned with business goals.
  • Take complete ownership of

    end-to-end recruitment

    across

    IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and other sectors

    .
  • Design effective sourcing strategies and ensure timely closure of client requirements.
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

    through consistent and quality delivery.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance to maintain strong recruitment pipelines.
  • Handle escalations from clients regarding recruitment-related challenges.
  • Drive team engagement, training, and motivation to ensure productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (BD, HR, Accounts) for smooth hiring and operational processes.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation and compliance standards in recruitment processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    4 to 7 years in a

    recruitment consultancy or staffing firm

    (Mandatory).
  • Team Management:

    Proven experience in leading recruitment teams, setting targets, and tracking performance.
  • Recruitment Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of

      end-to-end recruitment

      processes.
    • Experience in handling

      IT & Non-IT hiring

      across multiple industries.
  • Skills Required:

    • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational abilities.
    • Expertise in sourcing techniques (Job Portals, Social Media, References, Headhunting).
    • Competency in recruitment MIS, reporting, and data management.
    • Proficiency in

      MS Excel

      ,

      Google Sheets

      , and professional email communication.
