Website: https://www.technocruitx.com/ Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with 4 to 7 years of experience in the recruitment consultancy or staffing industry . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team leadership, end-to-end recruitment execution, and multi-industry hiring . This role is critical in driving recruitment performance, achieving targets, and mentoring recruiters. Note: Recruitment consultancy background is mandatory, as you will be working exclusively with our Recruitment Division . Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high-performance delivery. Set and monitor individual recruiter targets aligned with business goals. Take complete ownership of end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and other sectors . Design effective sourcing strategies and ensure timely closure of client requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and quality delivery. Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance to maintain strong recruitment pipelines. Handle escalations from clients regarding recruitment-related challenges. Drive team engagement, training, and motivation to ensure productivity. Collaborate with internal departments (BD, HR, Accounts) for smooth hiring and operational processes. Ensure adherence to documentation and compliance standards in recruitment processes. Key Requirements: Experience: 4 to 7 years in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm (Mandatory). Team Management: Proven experience in leading recruitment teams, setting targets, and tracking performance. Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in handling IT & Non-IT hiring across multiple industries. Skills Required: Strong communication, leadership, and motivational abilities. Expertise in sourcing techniques (Job Portals, Social Media, References, Headhunting). Competency in recruitment MIS, reporting, and data management.
