Talent Acquisition Manager


Responsibilities include:


  • This role reports to the TA Head, Talent Acquisition and partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition volume hiring into

    BPO - Service Delivery teams.

  • Building overall talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company in order to meet the planned client requirement and improve overall productivity of the teams
  • Working on Talent Strategy Design, Planning, Acquisition, Headcount Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of Head count & initiate hiring process till on boarding
  • Driving several special projects/initiatives.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to including, cost, effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers.
  • Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems
  • Ability to be successful in a fast paced, constantly changing, results oriented environment
  • Ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically
