Talent Acquisition Lead

Position Objective:

The person in this role will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring that all systems and processes are efficient. Work closely with Talent Acquisition specialists, recruitment channels, Agencies and consultants to ensure quality in hiring processes. Interaction with the internal team to understand operational needs and guide resources accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the

  complete talent acquisition lifecycle

  – requisition, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Drive

  process improvements

  , implement best practices, and optimize recruitment systems (ATS, CRM).
• Conduct

  first-level screening

  to assess cultural and competency fit.
• Manage

  compensation discussions

  and lead offer negotiations.
• Track KPIs, analyze hiring data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure

  compliance

  with employment laws and maintain detailed recruitment reports/MIS.
• Mentor and guide the internal TA team, fostering

  continuous improvement and collaboration

• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure

  quality and timely hires

  .

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years

  of talent acquisition experience in

  product-based companies

  .
• Strong exposure to

  tech/non-tech hiring

  across functions and levels.
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS, CRM, and recruitment automation tools

  .
• Deep understanding of candidate experience, cultural fit, and behavioral interviewing.
• Confident communicator with

  stakeholder management and team leadership skills
