Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with Organization's growth roadmap. • Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles including Engineering, Cloud Ops, Product, Marketing, and GTM. • Build and mentor a high-performing TA team; foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and data-driven decision-making. • Partner closely with founders and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and create scalable hiring processes. • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive talent using advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, events, communities). • Design and implement a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Companys values and mission. • Continuously assess and refine recruitment tools, platforms, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• 7–11 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Proven ability to hire across functions, with deep experience in technical recruiting for SaaS, Cloud, or high-growth tech startups. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling TA functions from scratch. • Deep understanding of technical hiring, stacks (Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Full Stack, etc.), and the competitive talent landscape. • Excellent sourcing skills across platforms and a passion for creative outreach and engagement. • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking. • Data-driven, process-oriented, and highly organized. • Exceptional communicator with strong influencing and leadership skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and delivers results in fast- paced environments.
