Are you a recruiter who’s nailed the art of non-IT hiring ? If you've closed roles in sales, operations, marketing, HR, or support functions—this one’s for you! 📍 Location : Remote 🧠 Experience : Minimum 6 months in non-IT hiring 💸 Salary : Up to ₹12,000/month + Incentives 📆 Working Days : Monday to Saturday 🕙 Working Hours : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🚫 Note : Not open for students currently pursuing education What You’ll Be Doing: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs Source, screen & assess candidates for non-tech roles Handle end-to-end coordination from screening to interview scheduling Keep candidate databases updated and pipelines healthy Be the trusted recruitment partner to both clients & candidates What You Need: At least 6 months of recruitment experience (non-tech domain preferred) Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong sourcing knowledge across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and more A working laptop/desktop + good internet connection The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup If you love closing roles and making an impact in the hiring space, we’d love to hear from you!
