Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Position Definition & Sourcing

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and obtain Position Requisition Forms (PRF).
Prepare and design job postings, ensuring clarity of role and skill requirements.
Publish job postings across portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media platforms, and internal communication channels.
Source candidate profiles through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.

2. Candidate Evaluation

Conduct preliminary assessments through resume screening and initial discussions.
Organize and cluster profiles received from various channels.
Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers and track feedback.
Schedule interviews across multiple rounds (virtual, in-person, technical, psychometric, aptitude).
Collect and maintain candidate bio-data and assessment records.
Facilitate HR round interviews to assess cultural fit and alignment with company values.

3. Hiring & Onboarding

Lead salary discussions and support in offer negotiations.
Prepare and release offer letters after necessary approvals.
Coordinate background verification checks.
Drive pre-joining engagement programs to enhance candidate experience.
Ensure seamless onboarding including documentation, induction planning, and facilitation of IT and facility support.
Plan and execute structured induction programs for new hires.
