Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates. Ensure timely updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Provide support during the interview process by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between parties. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (non-IT). Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for non-IT roles. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
