Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Sales Team Handling in an Ed-Tech company We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a team-leading aspiration or previous experience as a sales Manager/BDM/team leader/Assistant Manager (minimum 2+ years) with an overall 3+ years of experience in Sales. Key Responsibilities of the Role 1. Team Leadership: Lead & manage a sales team of 7 to 15 sales associates with 2 assistant managers, including training to new sales representatives to achieve their targets. 2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Develop & execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets 3. Goal Setting: Set clear & achievable sales goals for the team, aligned with the company's objectives. 4. Performance Monitoring & CRM Management: Regularly monitor & evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback & implementing performance improvement plans. 5. Ethical Practices: Promote ethical and responsible sales practices, ensuring, the team operates with integrity, honesty and at its full efficiency. Skills & Competencies: 1. Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 7+ members for minimum 2+ years. 2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and engagement. 3. Strong prioritization and time management skills to effectively handle diverse responsibilities and deadlines. 4. Proficient in analysing sales data to drive strategic, data-informed decisions. 5. Committed to cultivating a positive workplace culture and fostering strong team cohesion. Mandate: Team Handling experience is a must. Perks & Privileges 1.
