Job summary:

  • Proven and relevant experience as Talent Acquisition Lead in lower to mid-level recruitment role, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Should be preferably from Service or EPC based industries.
  • Should be able to work under demanding conditions and handle multiple pressures.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of the recruitment process and systems quality through the recruitment cycle. Responsible for JD’s, MRF’s, Interview Assessment, Defining Assessment Tools and ensuring identification and hiring of the best fit talent for the requirement.
  • Lead and engage with Campuses (Degree/Diploma/ITI) across the country (especially in Tier 2 & 3 cities). Also engage with active and passive lateral talent.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with business heads for manpower planning
  • Enhance Powercon’s brand and attractiveness quotient through various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of TA experience, preferably in Renewable energy, EPC, service industry.
  • Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruitment Tool
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder handling.
  • Experience in site-based technical hiring preferred.

Working conditions:

  • Working location is at our Head office in Pune, Maharashtra
  • There will be occasional travel to our various wind and solar farm sites for employee engagement and to motivate and understand the requirements of the site teams.
