Key Responsibilities - Drive full-cycle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, and offer closure. - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to enhance productivity and performance. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and accurately define role requirements. - Build and maintain a robust network and talent pipeline to meet both current and future business demands. - Implement innovative hiring strategies to minimize turnaround time and enhance sourcing efficiency. - Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership. Key Requirements - Possess at least 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, including exposure to leadership or mentoring roles. - Demonstrated prior experience in hiring within the VDI/technology domain. - Background in engineering or technical fields to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements. - Proven track record in effectively sourcing, assessing, and closing niche technical talent. - Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and team handling.
