Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using multiple hiring channels.
• Ensure timely closure of all open positions within defined SLAs.
• Handle both Non-IT hiring requirements efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation related to recruitment.
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) to align with organizational hiring goals.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong command over sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.).
• Exposure to Non-IT hiring.
• A proactive, self-driven individual who can work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
