Job Summary:

  1. Experience in O&M business development in Renewable Energy
  2. Understanding of field operations, service contracting, and technical offerings
  3. Client-facing and proposal-building skills
  4. A proactive and strategic thinker who thrives in a growth environment.
  5. Enhance Powercon’s renewable energy portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business acquisition across wind park and solar park O&M (semi & comprehensive), BoP (balance of plant) O&M including but not limited to 33kV transmission, PSS, 220kV transmission, roads and offices.
  2. Build and offer tailored service packages for One Time Remediation, Technical Due Diligence, Performance Management & Assessment.
  3. Rotor Blade Care and operation 24 x 7, Special Upgradation & Refurbishment & Retrofits,
  4. Extra-ordinary Breakdown support, Manpower deployment & spares management.
  5. Engage with key stakeholders: Asset Owners, IPPs, OEMs, and allied stakeholders
  6. Ensure deep understanding of SLA expectations, safety norms, and technical compliance
  7. Identify and pitch value-added services
  8. Collaborate internally to develop long-term, cost-optimized solutions.


Qualification

  1. BE/M. Tech-Mechanical / Electrical or EEE from reputed institution/university.
  2. Experience:4 to 8 years.
  3. MBA in marketing preferred but not compulsory.


Working Conditions

  1. The work location is at our HO-Pune, Maharashtra.
  2. The person must travel based on the requirement of the job and occasional travel to sites/ customer offices to understand various inputs/requirements.
