Talent Acquisition Intern India & APAC (3-Month Internship)

Location:

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
sourcing
and identifying candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
Support in
screening resumes
and conducting preliminary candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and documentation
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external candidates in a professional manner
Learn and contribute to the end-to-end recruitment cycle across India & APAC regions

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Strong interest in
Talent Acquisition
and
Recruitment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Available for a
3-month internship
, with a view to convert into a
full-time role based on performance
