Talent Acquisition professional (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for Non-IT roles.
  • Handle

    bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and replacement hiring

    .
  • Source candidates through

    job portals, referrals, social media, and vendors

    .
  • Screen resumes and conduct

    telephonic & preliminary interviews

    .
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with

    internal stakeholders

    .
  • Coordinate with

    consultants, staffing agencies, and vendors

    .
  • Negotiate offers and close positions within defined

    TATs

    .

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Ensure

    joining formalities, documentation, and background verification

    .
  • Support onboarding and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
