Job Description

Outbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects across various industries.
  • Identify, research, and build a pipeline of qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Nurture cold leads and convert them into warm opportunities through consistent follow-ups and persuasive communication.
  • Understand client pain points and position relevant solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken English

    with a neutral or near-native accent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in

    cold calling or outbound sales

    , preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Proven ability to independently hunt and convert leads without relying on inbound channels.
  • Hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn lead generation

    and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Familiarity with

    construction, real estate, or property management

    sectors is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in

    US time zones
