Job Description

Outbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects across various industries.
Identify, research, and build a pipeline of qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Nurture cold leads and convert them into warm opportunities through consistent follow-ups and persuasive communication.
Understand client pain points and position relevant solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English
with a neutral or near-native accent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in
cold calling or outbound sales
, preferably in the U.S. market.
Proven ability to independently hunt and convert leads without relying on inbound channels.
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn lead generation
and sales automation tools.
Excellent communication, objection handling, and persuasive selling skills.
Familiarity with
construction, real estate, or property management
sectors is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in
US time zones
.
