Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate sales. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation techniques. Build relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field (real estate industry preferred). Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone calls. Proficiency in making outbound sales calls, generating leads, and meeting targets. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology would be an added advantage.
