Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-end recruitment activities right from sourcing - interviewing - closing positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers / team leads to understand the job requirement, competencies required to source the right candidate.
  • Serve as a go-to person for the candidates and the hiring managers
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; share feedback and track all engagements
  • Track hiring metrics includes but not limited to Time- to- hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, offer to joining ratio etc.
  • Submit reports to the management on weekly/monthly basis
  • Develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
  • Ensure closure of the positions within the set recruitment TAT
  • Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates
  • collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition to fill the global positions

Education & Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in handling end-end recruitment activities.
  • Bachelors / master s degree in business administration

Skills

  • Minimum five years of experience in handling end-end recruitment activities.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in handling global recruitments.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in handling Application Tracking system is preferred. Experience on Oracle Application Tracking System is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of the technology space and various streams (IT, Engineering).
  • Adaptability to the changing needs in the recruitment space.
  • Skilled in networking and sourcing through non-traditional methodologies.
  • Strong people skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Basic knowledge on software technologies / tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
