Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Executive

to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both

IT and Non-IT roles

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. This role requires expertise in

end-to-end recruitment

, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidates’ qualifications, and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Work on diversity hiring initiatives to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and coordinate background verification.& Stay updated with the latest hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment technologies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, handling both IT & Non-IT roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for various functions, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of technical hiring, including software development and IT infrastructure roles.
  • Understanding of compensation structures and market salary trends.
