Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles: craft job briefs, source, screen, interview, and close candidates with strong time‑to‑hire accountability.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, niche job boards, referrals, and social channels to build pipelines.
• Manage the ATS workflow: create job postings, track candidates, ensure data hygiene, and provide timely status updates to hiring teams.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and selection criteria; advise on compensation and market availability.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience: coordinate interviews, debrief hiring panels, deliver clear feedback, and negotiate offers to successful close.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must‑Have:
• 1–3 years of hands‑on talent acquisition or recruiting experience (agency or in‑house) with demonstrable full‑cycle ownership. Previous experience in Talent Acquisition is preferred. We're growing quickly and would love to work with people who can hit the ground running and teach us a thing or two.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable negotiating offers and closing candidates.
