Talent Acquisition Executive

The Resource Manager will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to the organization. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset with an emphasis on relationship management and will help the company continue to grow by hiring key team members!

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
• Develop a deep understanding of ITPNs culture, strategic direction, and competitors to build recruitment strategies for technical roles
• Identify and source candidates through a variety of methods including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, niche platforms, professional directories/groups, personal network/connections and social media
• Lead all aspects of recruitment for 1-5 requisitions simultaneously, including:
• Actively sourcing top talent from a variety of channels/resources
• Provide all candidates with a positive equitable, inclusive, and supported experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensures continuous development of recruiting/sourcing skills and knowledge using latest sourcing and recruiting methods and technologies.
• Maintains up-to-date recruiting metrics, data and reports as needed.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Should be willing to work in the 1.00 P.M. IST to !0.00 P.M. IST shift.

• 2 + year of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of IT company structures and tools
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools
• Experience of working with different recruitment platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
