Role Description -

The Executive/Sr. Executive - Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment

processes for mid to senior-level positions across the university’s academic, administrative, and

corporate functions. The role demands strong networking, talent mapping, and stakeholder

management skills to attract, evaluate, and onboard high-caliber talent aligned with the

Key Responsibilities -

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – job posting, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and closure.
• Release offer letters, ensure candidate acceptance, and coordinate onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to support workforce planning.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and compliance with institutional policies.
• Enhance candidate experience while promoting Medhavi Skills University’s employer

Qualifications & Skills Required -

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in higher education, skill development, or service industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
